Synthetic vs Natural Sponges

Posted by Brian Wilkers | Washington, United States

Recently when shopping for a bath loofah, I realized how often plastic versions of natural products exist like natural sponge vs ones made out of god knows what. It also felt like a bitter irony that garbage dumping into the ocean leads to the plastic versions of these items choking the environment for the original creatures. I want to see increased public awareness of how everyday-consumed items like bath scrubbies or even dish sponges, end up a toxic problem for infinite generations. Don't care if you're an elephant, or a donkey, this impacts everyone and everyone's future children! Thank you. -Brian
