Stop using “microplastic”

Posted by Philippe Maman | District of Columbia, United States

microplastic in toothpaste, shower gels, clothing etc..get to the oceans via waste water. Microplastic are impossible to intercept and recycle, being so small. There is an estimate of 50 billions particles of microplastic are already in the oceans! It impacts animals but also humans through seafood consumption. When buying personal care products, avoid polypropylene, polyethylene, terephtalates, etc..
