How the waters off Catalina became a DDT dumping ground

This is in the Benioff Ocean Initiative's backyard so thought you would be interested in reading this article.

There are many other dumpsites similar to this used for chemical weapons after wwii. This is one of the larger problems for ocean pollution but is unfortunately overlooked.
